| The loco appears to be in a storage/scrap line at this point in its life. Built by Alco-Schenectady in August of 1930 originally as Hocking Valley 0-8-0 #227it was later absorbed into the C&O roster and renumbered CO 0-8-0 #227. No final disposition is known currently - presumedly scrapped sometime between 1954-57. Specs - serial #68454, class C-16. 52" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 25x28" cylinders, wngine wt of 240,000 lb and tractive effort of 57,200 lb.
