Title:
PRR 2840, H-6SB, 1955
Description:
Chione. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken near Columbus, Ohio, on 9 November 1955. The photographer is not identified. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #2840, an H-6SB (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as an H-6B during 1905, rebuilt in Juniata as an H-6SB in November of 1915, and still rockin' 'n' rollin' after 50 years of faithful service.
