Ex-PRR E-7A 4243 was one of two E-7A's, and a NYC E-7B being taken to scrap at Willow Grove, PA in December, 1976. The stenciling shows the E-7As destination as "Tube City Iron and Metal Corp. Morrisville, PA." The low quality photo was taken by a Kodak Brownie camera and Ektachrome film.
