Description:
Here is a photo via Charles E. Winters that was taken in Columbus, Ohio, on 16 August 1939. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #8144, an N-2SA (2-10-2) "Santa Fe" built by the American Locomotive Company as N-2 number "7561" during March of 1919, renumbered "8144" upon delivery, later rebuilt in Juniata as an N-2SA, and retired in March of 1953 after 34 years of faithful service.
