Saratoga & North Creek 319 is an F40PHR, built new for Amtrak by EMD in the summer of 1979 using some parts from traded in SDP40F 583. After a long career traveling the country for the National Rail Passenger Corporation, it also served on AMT commuter operations in Montreal.
