Louisville & Nashville B23-7 #5115 was caught sitting in the former Monon South hammond Yard by photographers labeled " reen & Downey". The loco was built by GE in 2/1978 and eventually passed through the rosters to end up as CSX 3115.

L&N 5115
Description:
This eastbound freight is rolling over the trestle overpassing Southerns St. Louis line in Belleville, IL in the winter of 1980. While the L&N is now long gone from these parts, the overpass is still there - these days carrying St. Louis Metrolink LRVs.
